Back pain is no fun and can really impact your daily life. In this video I will show you how to relieve lower back pain and back tension by activating the deep core muscles which will create space by creating a sort of floating tension in the spine. It can work fast and if you practice the 2 simple exercises daily you will feel more stable and supported. You can expect to see a notable difference with regular practice and can eventually prevent lower back pain for good. This video does not go into the details of specific lower back complaints. It only covers general back pain from typical situations such as sitting or standing too long.
