This is a discussion about the pause principle as taught by Dr Kate Klemer to her students at her Divine Structure Biodynamic Craniosacral School, and in her private practice she teaches this to patients as well. In biodynamic craniosacral therapy we all learn to regulate our nervous systems to be more balanced to promote better health. Students learn this to become better practitioners.
